Lukos Awarded Subcontract under $1.5 Billion Multi-Award Contract from Department of Defense

Providing support to U.S Special Operations Command and worldwide subcomponents

Tampa, FL May 31, 2010 — Lukos, a small business service provider for the Department of Defense, other government agencies, and industry today announced it has won an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) subcontract from SRA International, Inc to support the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida via the Global Battlestaff and Program Support contract. The multi-award prime contract has an estimated value of $1.5 billion over five years, if all options are exercised.

USSOCOM’s mission is to provide fully capable Special Operations Forces to defend the United States and its interests, and to plan and synchronize operations against terrorist networks.

Lukos will provide global special operations-unique services and expertise to support the USSOCOM in three functional areas: operations and intelligence, acquisition and logistics, and financial management and business operations.

“Lukos looks forward to continuing its support of SOCOM,” said Lukos CEO Ed Haywood. “Lukos is ready to support the special operations community by providing the best people, services, and solutions to the special operators conducting our nation’s most important missions.”

The SRA team includes major subcontractor General Dynamics Information Technology, an operating company of General Dynamics. SRA is one of four award winners on this multi-award contract.
