Serve as a Military Deception (MILDEC) Planner in support of SOCCENT.

Perform In-depth life-cycle operational and security analysis to identify critical program information and vulnerabilities in order to develop and implement a solid risk management based program protection plan and strategy to ensure long term operational life of programs. Support plans by assisting in the development and implementation of enhanced operations security techniques as countermeasures and other related MILDEC support as required.

Required Qualifications

• Posses a Bachelors of Science/Arts from an accredited college or university
• Eight (8) years experience in increasingly responsible positions in one (1) or more military, academic or defense industry functional areas
• Graduate of a Service or Joint Military Deception Planners Course
• Willing to deploy into combat areas or in support of contingency or training operations

Desired Qualifications

• Recent experience working OEF/ OIF/ GWOT operations
• Experience working with one or more of the following: Joint/ Coalition/ SOF integration and deconfliction issues; Network Warfare Operations; Counterinsurgency; Irregular Warfare; Special Access Programs; Special Technical Operations; C-IED; Counterterrorism.

This position is being advertised for a proposal to win a contract task order. Hiring will be dependent upon the prime contractor winning this task order. Work starts on 15 Feb 2012.
